There are different ticket types available: Young members (under 27) pay what you can afford. New members (joined after 9 February 2020) and GEFF (General Election Fighting Fund) members go free. Ex-Officio tickets are for elected representatives, £40.

Gala Dinner
We are hosting a gala dinner on the Friday before Regional Conference starts.
7pm, Friday 26th November, Baronial Hall, Winter Gardens, Blackpool
Come and enjoy a delicious three-course meal with a glass of wine on arrival with special guests TBA. It’s a great way to start the weekend and meet fellow members.
Individual tickets £45, or get a table of 10 for £400.

Enabler’s pass
If you have a disability, you are entitled to apply for a free enabler’s pass. Please click here to apply for a pass.
Creche
The crèche will run from 9am – 5pm on the Saturday of Conference and 9am – 1pm on the Sunday. Spaces are limited. Please click here to apply for a place.
Travel
The nearest train station is Blackpool North. It is a 10 minute walk or 10 minute taxi from the station to the Winter Gardens.
Blackpool Transport are be offering a discount for tram travel with prices of £9.20 for a 3 day tram ticket and £4.68 for a 24 hour ticket. You need to book tickets at this link.
Young members
If you are under the age of 18 your parent or guardian must fill in the parental consent form and return to us which you can download here. You can read the code of conduct for members attending conference here.
Covid safety measures
Everyone over the age of 18 attending Conference will be required to provide EITHER evidence of double vaccination or a recent negative lateral flow test (currently 24 hours from the test result)
Those registered with a GP in England can use the NHS app to receive a COVID pass, or request a paper version.

For those who have not been double vaccinated, proof of a negative lateral flow test can be used to gain access to Conference. Lateral flow test results must be reported to https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result and the resulting email or text message can be used to access Conference. Delegates with the NHS app can access a COVID pass valid for 24 hours from a negative test. We will not accept photographs of negative tests. We will encourage Conference attendees to wear a facemask when in any Conference venue to provide reassurance to others, unless exempt.
We hope that the measures in place will provide reassurance to our delegates and visitors. If you can no longer attend due to the above measures, please contact Conference Services who can arrange a refund.
