Vacancy: Labour Campaign Organiser
Based: Sefton, North West England
Salary: c£20,000 per annum
Aim: Fixed term contract for a Local Organiser till the Local Elections (Thursday 3rd May)  

Directed by a Regional Organiser working within the Sefton area, you will run and deliver the Local campaign across this area. You will have a broad knowledge and proven successful experience of political campaigning, together with high order IT and new media skills and a good level of numeracy.

You will also be expected to work closely with candidates, elected representatives, party officers and existing local Organisers to ensure that an effective, co-ordinated campaign is delivered in the area. You will also be required to motivate groups of volunteers and develop the organisational ability on the ground, incorporating the new campaign techniques being developed by the Labour Party. An understanding of current local issues is also required.
